Belmont is a small neighborhood located just west of Mantua and south of East Parkside. It is generally bound by the Manuta Avenue to the north, Lancaster Avenue to the south, 40th Street to the east, and Belmont Avenue (AKA 44th Street) to the west. This residential neighborhood is mostly made up of two and three-story row homes and conveniently located just a short 10-minute drive from the Philadelphia Zoo, Fairmount Park and the Art Museum.
